Staff

At the moment, the Fundación ARCO IRIS employs 115 (October 2002) professionals. The biggest part is made up of qualified professionals (education workers, psychologists, social workers, cooks, doctors, nurses, administration staff and several teachers. Currently there are 122 employees working in the Hospital ARCO IRIS. Indispensible are the many teenagers from different countries, who in general spend a year working voluntarily with ARCO IRIS.

In Bolivia ARCO IRIS is embraiced by both the church and the government.

The Fundación ARCO IRIS is working without administration costs, and is directly at the base and on behalf of the poor of Bolivia, exactly there, where help is needed.
